Read the prior page for an overview of these four divisions.

All divisions shown below require the player be the age indicated by April 30th.

Farm:
For players age 8.  This is the first year that children pitch to one another under modified pitching rules (5 balls for a walk, 6 balls when bases are loaded).  After 5 walks in an inning, the coach has the option of changing pitchers or asking the opponents team coach to pitch to their players.  Pitchers are limited to 3 innings per game and six per week.  No base stealing and no bunting is permitted.  Ten players alternate in the field of play.  Everyone bats in the line-up.  Players bat until three outs are made.  Pitchers rest rules are applied here to ensure the health of the child.

Scores of each game and standings are kept.  At the end of the regular season, playoffs and a championship is held.

Minors:
For players age 9.  This age group is introduced to modified stealing rules (certain bases under certain conditions).  Bunting is allowed.  Standard ball and strike counts apply (3 strikes, 4 balls).  Nine players alternate in the field of play at standard baseball positions.  Everyone bats in the line-up.  Pitchers can pitch six innings in a game but no more than six per week.  Pitchers rest rules are applied here to ensure the health of the child.

Scores of each game and standings are kept.  At the end of the regular season, playoffs and a championship is held.

Intermediate:
For players age 10 and 11.  Standard base stealing rules apply (no restrictions).  Bunting is allowed.
