There will be an open meeting on Tuesday, October 20th, 2009 at the
Burr Cafeteria at 7:30 pm for the sole purpose of electing the
Executive Board for the Commack North Little League for the upcoming
2010 Little League season. At this time, the Nominating Committee
has proposed the following slate of nominees:

Little League Baseball Inc, Williamsport, PA, and the Commack
North Little League will adhere to the following guidelines in this
year's election:
- One vote per family.
- Only members in good standing may vote. A board member, prior to
casting your vote, must verify membership in good standing.
- Nominations from the floor - no member may nominate any member
from the floor unless such member has filed written notice with the
President at least ten (10) days prior to the election meeting. The
notice shall contain the position and the name of the person
nominated. Only members in good standing are eligible for
nomination.
