Field maintenance is required before each ball game.  Fields need to be groomed, lines laid down and general maintenance performed in order to keep the fields clean.  Most field maintenance is completed before the first game of the day is played.  For this reason, your participation is normally finished before 8 A.M.  Since the participation starts early on a Saturday morning, it is extremely difficult to obtain a replacement if you fail to show up.  You can see why your commitment to show up at the appointed time is very important.

If you choose Field Maintenance, you will be given a date to help out.  After you have completed your field maintenance work your participation check will be returned to you.

Important Note:  If your shift is cancelled due to rain, it is your responsibility to schedule another time.  If you do not reschedule, your participation fee will not be returned.
