Picture Evening is another opportunity for you to participate.  Parents are needed to help the evening run smoothly.  Each shift runs a full evening (approximately two and one-half hours).  There are three picture evenings (see the League Calendar for the exact dates).

Responsibilities include:

• Keep parents and children away from the photography area until it is their turn
• Make sure the entire team is present and signed in
• Hand out picture envelopes to the coach
• Line up teams ready to be photographed

Your participation check will be returned to you after your Picture Day shift is completed.
